Rental Policies

All rentals will require a credit card number to be placed on file and to be used in the case of lost, stolen, damaged and/or late items.

The credit card holder will be asked to sign an authorization form in order for credit card number to be placed on file.

Authorization forms shall be filled out at Table of Contents.

If rental items are to be delivered and/or picked up during non-business hours, including evenings and Sundays, additional charges will apply.

Additional charges shall be made for the replacement or repair of lost, damaged, stolen or vandalized rental items and their containers/boxes.

All returned product is subject to Table of Contents inspection for damage, excepting normal wear. Shipping and all taxes will be applied.

There are no warranties of merchantability or fitness, either expressed or implied.

All returned checks shall incur an additional $35.00 processing fee.

All deposits are non-refundable.

No refund of rental charges will be given for unused rental items.

All account balances are due within thirty (30) days of delivery or customer pick up.

All orders are to be confirmed 14 days prior to delivery or customer pick up.

All orders placed via text, email and/or online are to be confirmed by calling and speaking to Table of Contents

All monies paid toward rental items that are cancelled less than thirty (30) days prior to the event will be considered forfeited and will not be reimbursed.

Customer assumes all responsibility and risk for loading and/or unloading of rental items in any customer vehicle and shall hold Table of Contents harmless.

The customer understands and agrees that Table of Contents is neither the agent of nor the manufacturer.

Customer assumes the risk of use on all rental items and holds Table of Contents harmless for personal injury and/or property damage.

Customer shall indemnify and hold Table of Contents harmless from third party claims of loss, injury and/or damage to their persons and/or property arising from customer’s possession or use including legal costs in defense of such claims.

Table of Contents shall impose a “Loss of Use” fee, plus various administrative fees to cover its lost income on item(s), either lost, stolen, damaged and/or not returned in stated time by customer(s).

Images included on Table of Contents website may vary slightly from the item(s) provided due to manufacturer model changes.

Table of Contents does not refund and/or change policy due to weather or other “Acts of God”.

A fee will be added for any item(s) requiring excessive cleaning upon return.

Customer assumes all legal risks associated with possession, use, transportation and storage of rented item(s).
